A New Era of Autologous Aesthetics

Human Solid Plasma

A biologically-based, autologous and pure matrix approach in regenerative medicine. A patented platform that supports the body's own biological potential, free of chemical additives.

Dermatology and Medical Aesthetics

Natural support for skin rejuvenation.

Instead of synthetic fillers, an autologous protein matrix approach that activates the tissue's own biological potential. Support for micro-regenerative stimulation and collagen synthesis.

Diabetic and Chronic Wound Support

A biological approach to chronic wounds.

Formation of an autologous protein matrix in the wound bed; support for granulation tissue and angiogenesis processes. A natural, autologous alternative to synthetic materials.

Multidisciplinary Platform

One device, multiple applications.

A patented platform that can be evaluated under physician supervision across a wide range from dermatology to gynecology, from chronic wound support to meniscus applications.

What is HSP?

The body's own biological potential.

Human Solid Plasma (HSP) is an autologous and pure biological matrix approach based on the principle of converting the patient's own plasma-serum proteins — particularly the albumin fraction — into a semi-solid form through controlled heat denaturation.

Unlike the synthetic filler concept, HSP aims to form a biocompatible, additive-free, and entirely autologous protein matrix. With its patented invention technology, it can be evaluated by physicians across different fields such as dermatology, medical aesthetics, gynecology, and chronic wound support.

More About HSP

Why HSP?

Features that make a clinical difference.

100% Autologous

Obtained entirely from your own blood. Contains no foreign material, animal source, or chemical additives.

Additive-Free Structure

No heparin, citrate, or other anticoagulants are used. A pure plasma-serum protein matrix is formed.

Biologically Active

Beyond being just a volume-providing material; a protein scaffold that can stimulate micro-regenerative response and support collagen synthesis.

Multidisciplinary

Application potential across different areas such as dermatology, gynecology, chronic wound, and meniscus applications.

HSP Preparation Stages

Step by step, in sterile and controlled conditions.

01

Blood Collection

A small amount of blood sample is taken from the patient under sterile conditions.

02

Centrifugation

The blood sample is processed in a centrifuge device at controlled speed and duration.

03

Plasma Separation

The plasma-serum component is separated as a result of centrifugation; growth factors and proteins are in this phase.

04

Loading the HSP Device

The obtained plasma is drawn into a syringe and loaded through the input of the HSP device.

05

Device Process

The device completes controlled thermal denaturation; the albumin fraction transitions to a semi-solid form.

06

Ready for the Physician

Human Solid Plasma is now ready for use by the physician according to clinical indication.

Mesut Karahan

Mesut Karahan has been actively working in the healthcare sector since 1997. He has long-standing field experience in technical service management, hospital operation processes, diagnostic systems, and medical aesthetics.

This accumulation has enabled Human Solid Plasma to be developed not as a mere theoretical concept, but as a system suitable for clinical realities, applicable in the field, and responsive to physician needs. HSP was developed by Karahan as a patented invention technology and designed with a multidisciplinary use vision.
